Shipments without a Return Merchandise Request or RMA Number - will be rejected, please take the time to request an RMA.
Your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. otherwise, it will be shipped back to you.

Damaged or defective items.
Please note - Many of our watches have small red battery savers located on the crown -
it will need to be removed and the watch will need to be activated by pushing in the crown or dial.
If your package was damaged in shipping or is defective please contact us directly. and request an RMA
Damaged items must be in unworn condition. We know the difference and will send abused items back.
If your item is damaged or defective you must contact us within the 7 days of our exchange policy.
If you reside within the United States we can offer you a return shipping label.
International customers very sorry for the inconvenience, we will not be able to offer you a return shipping label -
This is something our shipping provider simply does not offer. You will have to pay for the return shipping.
